Composition of Teams
A team shall comprise 3 players and 1 reserve. A player is allowed to register for only one
team.

Closing Date
Entry is on a first-come-first-served basis. Only the first 32 teams in each category to
register will be allowed to participate in the tournament. Cheques for those not accepted in
the tournament will be returned. The closing date for entries is on Wednesday, 8 Nov 2006 at 12.00noon. Late entries will not be entertained.

Floorball Haven, No 26 & 28, Jalan Binaan Kapal, Kallang (Next to the CAGE indoorsoccer)

Girls' Under-12 (for those born on or after 1.1.1994)
Boys' Under-12 (for those born on or after 1.1.1994)
Boys' Under-14 (for those born on or after 1.1.1992)
Girls' Under-14 (for those born on or after 1.1.1992)

Tournament System
The tournament will be played on a Double Knockout System.
Each game will last for 5 minutes, with no interval.
